I didn't return it in time not sure how you can get it fixed when nothing but robots will have a conversation with you. It should be a crime to sell this piece of expensive junk. It's cost me so much time and frustration. You mean yours will work if you unplug it? I have to sometimes completely uninstall it and reinstall, but I'll only get one page to print.
